Delivery information
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes. During checkout you are given the opportunity to specify a billing address and a delivery address. Please include as much information as you can e.g if its your work address try to include the building name or the name of the department in which you work. This ensures that the parcel reaches you securely.
We deliver to the vast majority of the UK.
Exceptions include Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands are subject to a surcharge – please contact us with any queries.
Returns Policy
Unopened products (with the seal intact) may be returned up to seven days from the date of receipt. Where the return is due to an error on our part a full refund (or exchange) will be issued. All other returns will be subject to a restocking fee to cover the postage incurred (Refer to Terms and condition section).
Tracking orders
When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email containing tracking information*. Please note that this is not the same as your ‘order acknowledgement’ email, which is sent as confirmation of your order. Expect delivery of your order within 2-3 days.
*small or light orders are not trackable as they are sent by first class Royal Mail post.
